We spend too much time watching the clock & procrastinating things because we think there’s not enough time. Life is a journey, cram as many meaningful moments into it as you can. Some days run out and never come. Do it now. Stop waiting for the time. It will never come. Live for the now. Live for today. Enjoy every moment as if it were your last. Today is the day. Opportunity Knocks

Part of following your dreams is taking opportunities in life as they are presented to you. Today I board a plane to SD, where I will get into a truck & take a road trip to Alaska, in the middle of winter. Only to fly back home to Boise the moment we arrive. Why would I take this opportunity? Because it gives me 7 days to spend time, create moments & experience life with my cousin Alan. A man whom I admire & love very much. It also gives me a chance to possibly see and experience a moments view of the Aurora Borealis. One of my all time wishes in life. So today I grab this opportunity in life & cherish it. Chase you dreams & grab each opportunity life gives to you.

Healthy Minds & Healthy Habits

Reach for a happier existence. Healthy habits, start in the mind. If you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all. Negative attitudes, only allow for negative outcomes. If you seek a better existence you must quietly stop & redirect the negative thought process you have programmed, in your mind.

  1. Stop complaining; allow yourself & others to be happy.
  2. For every negative thought (rethink) 3 positive.
  3. Create a positive environment for yourself & others. (Stop self hating habits.)
  4. Be nice, Reprogram your brain to stop the evil & mean chatter that poisons your thoughts.
  5. Be kind, If you can’t speak with respect & kindness, don’t speak.
