Good Morning World

Good Morning World!!! As I walk through each day & exsist in my own shell, May I never forget, that like the dust in the wind or a drop of water in the ocean. I am so much more important, than I could ever dream to be. ~WE~ are all part of a larger equation in life, so complex, that only the smartest of men, would be stupid enough to think they found the answers. But; let them have there dreams, for God has a great sense of humor & we all play an important roll in someone else’s dream. REACH!!!

Today I Reach Higher

Life feels more fulfilling for those who have a dream. So~Today I reach higher, today I try harder, to be better than I was yesterday. Today I take one step forward & work toward my goals. If I have no goals, today I will make some; large or small it matters not, as long as I have something to work toward & accomplish each & every day.

We Breath ~ We win

If you suffer anxiety. Become aware of your breathing. We often hold our breaths, when we are stressed. Oxygen deprivation will make you anxious & it will give you symptoms of light headedness & breathlessness. Your heart rate may increase or your stomach feels upset . You might mentally start to panic, because you are feeling anxious & out of control . Then you become the catalyst of your own journey to hell & the crazy train takes you to whatever level your brain decides to take it.

So…NEXT TIME

we TRY first to breath through it , deeply and slowly

NEXT TIME-we get up walk away, to clear our mind and get a drink of water. All while breathing with purpose.

NEXT TIME- we go for a walk or step “outside” , We breath, we drink our water. We breath & We neutralize negative thoughts & check for bad attitudes.

NEXT TIME – we breath… we do not panic, we recognize our symptoms, we become proactive sooner, we implement steps, We check our thoughts & attitudes.

NEXT TIME- We breath, we drink, we breath, we walk away, we breath, we check our attitude, we breath, we drink, we breath, we walk back to where we started & we win!!!

If that doesn’t work then we ask. question 2

When was the last time I ate something with protein or nutrition ??? And how much caffeine and sugar have I eaten today?

It’s time to TRY & take back your body and mind. It’s time to empower yourself. It’s time to Stop just reaching for a pill. Get mad & take back control. Take all the other steps first. Make medication be your last step.

It’s time to become more proactive. It’s time to make a conscious effort to manage your symptoms. Don’t let anxiety control you or make you feel weak. Take back your life!!! It’s yours!!! Take back your body. The next time it tries to throw a temper tantrum when your stressed, slap it in the face & say hell no!!! I’m not leaving, I’m fighting & today I am armed to win!!!

It is a gift to exsist. Lift your head from your pillow, Take a deep breath & make a smile. We made it into another day. Take another deep breath & look at the sky. Clear your mind of yesterday, don’t think of tomorrow, just be present, today, this minute, in this moment. & Tell yourself today is a going to be good day!!! Say it all day, in all moments. Name them all as good. Face your challenges with a positive mind. Even if those challenges are within you. Todays a new beginning , a new moment, given just to you! Today’s your day to dream. REACH!!

~Love heals ~ Sympathy Suffers~

If you find you are often sick or depressed in life. You must be careful to not see or view yourself as sickly or weak. You must not let your illnesses become the only thing you think about. You can actually make yourself mentally & physically sicker by doing this.

Look for love ~ not Sympathy.

To do this you must try not to dwell on the negative symptoms of the sickness that surrounds your physical self. Focusing solely on the negatives that surround your illness can depress your bodies own ability to fight. It can make you weaker, lower your immunity & cause you to be sicker longer & more frequently.

You must make great efforts to empower your body & feed it strength. Distract your mind with other activities, other things & people you love you. Don’t give your illness power, by continuously talking about it, writing about it & dwelling on all its physical symptoms. You can actually increase the pain & suffering if your conversations in life solely revolve around your pain and suffering.

Don’t let the sickness, define your existence. Redirect your mind & try to forget that you are feeling ill. Think and talk about yourself as healing & recovering, not dieing & suffering.

Love heals ~ sympathy suffers.

Make the Polar Switch

The opinions of the Outside world & all its influences are only as kind & loving as we allow them to be. We are often too critical & cynical, when quietly assuming everyone else’s opinions of us.

To change a negative exsistence, into a positive one. We must first become more aware of our own thinking…. We must learn to Filter our thoughts… & assume everyone’s opinion of us is complimentary based. We must assume everyone is kind & loving. This means, If they give you a bad look, you must just assume “they” are having a bad day, “they” are having a bad moment in “their” own life & “they” need your smile. Don’t automatically assume they have a negative opinion of you.
