I work everyday, on my mind, my body and my soul. I believe you must feed all three to have a happy, healthy, balanced life. Everyday should have a routine that nurtures all 3. Nutrition, soulful moments & goals that keep you moving, mindfully forward in your journey.
Late to bed, early to rise. I wake up to greet the sun, with a smile, grateful to be alive. Today is always a good day to be alive. Today is always a day to accomplish something.
Somedays I wake with more energy than others. Those are the days I choose to focus more on my body & use its strength, to accomplish goals that are more physical.
Somedays I am not feeling as physically motivated. On these days, My mind & my soul maybe the things I choose to nurture.
I will choose to be productive & work on the goals, that support my strengths of the day.
If your sick in the body ~ then rest
If your sick in the head~ then get out of bed & get moving. Keeping busy helps quiet the mind & calms the soul. Idle minds & bodies, get sicker, quicker & stay sick longer.

Refuse to have a bad day. Refuse to have a bad attitude, about your day. Refuse to give bad moments or situations the power, over your day.
If you wake up with a crappy attitude, then acknowledge it & evaluate what steps you need to take, to set yourself onto, a more positive & productive path.

I try to Add only the things that are good, to my routine. Things that support my mind, my body & soul. We all have our bad habits. Some are harder to let go of then others. So we do what we can to find balance.
Fighting, the battle of bad habits, takes great will power & serious self evaluation. No one is a saint. Don’t over stress about being perfect. Don’t announce what your doing & make it a production. Just observe your habits, your goals and your routines. Add a little positive to each one, each week & commit to it. Then add more, while keeping your commitment to the others. REACH!!!

We all face challenges in life that are outside of our control. However, Sometimes, lets be honest, ALOT of times, our struggles are self inflicted & caused by things we do to ourselves. The way we react, the habits we have, the environment or the people we choose to surround ourselves with. We know how to fix them. We just don’t want to dredge through the mud to get out. It’s hard and takes too much work, time, effort & sacrifice to fix it. We are too lazy… So we keep on with the bad habits, we keep the bad job or the horrible relationship. We pretend & lie to ourselves or find a way to justify the struggle. (it’s our sick little secret. We all have one or two or 50, your lying or a saint, if you say you don’t. )
IF your tired of the struggle & really want your life to get better & happier. It is time to strip it down & evaluate the cause & effects of the struggles & do it often.
Self inflicted struggles gone unrecognized or ignored, soon become the dangerous habits that turn into ALL the daily dramas that consume your life.
You become the poison in your own existence. You become the reason you are unhappy. You become your own worst enemy and the biggest problem you will ever have in your life. Stop casting blame on the past & blaming it on your future.

Life is a great journey, destination unknown. On this journey, you will travel through many places & have the choice of many roads. Sometimes we will get lost & end up on a road, we do not like. Don’t look at this as a failure. Getting lost is the best part of so many stories… When your lost , you discover new things & find new strengths. Getting lost in life just proves that you are actually trying to go somewhere.
Carry no shame, travel many roads, keep moving forward, have pit stops not pit falls & keep making every effort to reach for all the things you dreamed.
