Weak on my knees, I find strength in the fight, as I struggle with the choices, life brings to me. I faulter in the choices that seem to detour me from my own plan. Yet I know that the roads in life, open before me, to give me strength. They give me insight & humble me. They push me to be more than the dream, to be greater than the search to go further in the destination, than I had planned.
I reach for the rails, as I pull myself up to the next challenge, not knowing where it leads, but living in the faith & believing that my life has a greater purpose. My dreams do matter. I can indeed, have them both.
I must move through every obstacle I am given. I must not be weak in my premise or give into lazy fantasies, that life is easy. I must face my struggles head on. I must push myself harder and trust my abilitiy to endure. If I fail today, I must look to the lesson it brings and learn from it. Life & all its circumstances are not always given to us on our own terms. It is up to us to accept the conditions and make due.
Gratitude comes to those who look for things to be grateful for. Though our journeys may be hard and our struggles great. We are alive in a conscious body. We must choose to be or not to be responsible for The quality of our own existence. We must choose to fight. We must choose to love, to forgive and to be at peace with ourselves in this world.
Hate only destroys the hearts of those who hold it. Let go of the past, move through the struggle and be the best version of yourself. Life is to short to spend it dwelling on what we don’t have, while overlooking what we do have.
Be grateful, Be kind, be forgiving & be your best. Get up and reach for the rail.
