I try to Add only the things that are good, to my routine. Things that support my mind, my body & soul. We all have our bad habits. Some are harder to let go of then others. So we do what we can to find balance.
Fighting, the battle of bad habits, takes great will power & serious self evaluation. No one is a saint. Don’t over stress about being perfect. Don’t announce what your doing & make it a production. Just observe your habits, your goals and your routines. Add a little positive to each one, each week & commit to it. Then add more, while keeping your commitment to the others. REACH!!!
