We all face challenges in life that are outside of our control. However, Sometimes, lets be honest, ALOT of times, our struggles are self inflicted & caused by things we do to ourselves. The way we react, the habits we have, the environment or the people we choose to surround ourselves with. We know how to fix them. We just don’t want to dredge through the mud to get out. It’s hard and takes too much work, time, effort & sacrifice to fix it. We are too lazy… So we keep on with the bad habits, we keep the bad job or the horrible relationship. We pretend & lie to ourselves or find a way to justify the struggle. (it’s our sick little secret. We all have one or two or 50, your lying or a saint, if you say you don’t. )
IF your tired of the struggle & really want your life to get better & happier. It is time to strip it down & evaluate the cause & effects of the struggles & do it often.
Self inflicted struggles gone unrecognized or ignored, soon become the dangerous habits that turn into ALL the daily dramas that consume your life.
You become the poison in your own existence. You become the reason you are unhappy. You become your own worst enemy and the biggest problem you will ever have in your life. Stop casting blame on the past & blaming it on your future.
