We Breath ~ We win
If you suffer anxiety. Become aware of your breathing. We often hold our breaths, when we are stressed. Oxygen deprivation will make you anxious & it will give you symptoms of light headedness & breathlessness. Your heart rate may increase or your stomach feels upset . You might mentally start to panic, because you are feeling anxious & out of control . Then you become the catalyst of your own journey to hell & the crazy train takes you to whatever level your brain decides to take it.
So…NEXT TIME
we TRY first to breath through it , deeply and slowly
NEXT TIME-we get up walk away, to clear our mind and get a drink of water. All while breathing with purpose.
NEXT TIME- we go for a walk or step “outside” , We breath, we drink our water. We breath & We neutralize negative thoughts & check for bad attitudes.
NEXT TIME – we breath… we do not panic, we recognize our symptoms, we become proactive sooner, we implement steps, We check our thoughts & attitudes.
NEXT TIME- We breath, we drink, we breath, we walk away, we breath, we check our attitude, we breath, we drink, we breath, we walk back to where we started & we win!!!

When was the last time I ate something with protein or nutrition ??? And how much caffeine and sugar have I eaten today?
It’s time to TRY & take back your body and mind. It’s time to empower yourself. It’s time to Stop just reaching for a pill. Get mad & take back control. Take all the other steps first. Make medication be your last step.
It’s time to become more proactive. It’s time to make a conscious effort to manage your symptoms. Don’t let anxiety control you or make you feel weak. Take back your life!!! It’s yours!!! Take back your body. The next time it tries to throw a temper tantrum when your stressed, slap it in the face & say hell no!!! I’m not leaving, I’m fighting & today I am armed to win!!!
