~Love heals ~ Sympathy Suffers~

If you find you are often sick or depressed in life. You must be careful to not see or view yourself as sickly or weak. You must not let your illnesses become the only thing you think about. You can actually make yourself mentally & physically sicker by doing this.

Look for love ~ not Sympathy.

To do this you must try not to dwell on the negative symptoms of the sickness that surrounds your physical self. Focusing solely on the negatives that surround your illness can depress your bodies own ability to fight. It can make you weaker, lower your immunity & cause you to be sicker longer & more frequently.

You must make great efforts to empower your body & feed it strength. Distract your mind with other activities, other things & people you love you. Don’t give your illness power, by continuously talking about it, writing about it & dwelling on all its physical symptoms. You can actually increase the pain & suffering if your conversations in life solely revolve around your pain and suffering.

Don’t let the sickness, define your existence. Redirect your mind & try to forget that you are feeling ill. Think and talk about yourself as healing & recovering, not dieing & suffering.
